Pros

Copeland is becoming a progressive company as it is being established as a standalone business.

Cons

They are losing company values as they attempt to become a standalone business. They do not value employees. They easily lay off current employees who are highly skilled and bring in new people from the outside. Managers are not involved in the work the employees are completing and are only looking out for themselves as the environment is so unstable. They are not interested in internally promoting employees just hire from the outside.
