Work-life balance is superb Hybrid setup (8 days/month RTO) Lots of rooms for career growth Healthy work environment (when you ask other employees and their years in the company, you’ll know) Trainings abroad (might depend on which department you’ll be assigned to)

Cons

Not really that much benefits offered (no internet allowance, eyewear subsidy considering their employees are using laptops all the time, and enrolling HMO dependents aren’t free) Salary is just average, not high nor low
