Pros

Good maternity and paternity benefits.

Cons

Bad management, lack of investment to make working conditions better, little training, unorganized, no opportunity for growth or sight for progress, a lot of over time and if your salary no compensation for that, lots of layoffs, many jobs moving to Mexico

Pros

Location might be suitable for someone looking to work from Punjab.

Cons

1. Poor Management : As its a newly constructed company after divestiture. The local management has taken everything to their advantage. No work culture, partiality , favoritism at its best. 2. Only Support work with No learning. 3. No matter how good you are at job, but if you do not lick their shoes then they behave like enemies. 4. No Work Life Balance.
