      Leadership has started to shake things up. Culture at Corporate is more upbeat, exciting and optimistic compared to the businesses. Company is focused on providing sustainability solutions.

      Cons

      I think there is a gap between how Corporate employees perceive the upcoming changes and how business employees perceive them. A lot of people on the business side are overloaded with work and doing the work of more than 1 person, so it's not surprising that a lot of key people quit.
