Pros

Great middle managers. Get the chance to work on some interesting projects and actually have an impact within the company.

Cons

Very low pay compared to other sales rep positions. No bonus or commissions. President loves to say yes but will never follow through. If you don't have a refrigeration background it can be a struggle both internally and externally. Limited space for career growth.
