- Work environment is collaborative and there is a strong support system from management and other peers. - Room for growth and to expand knowledge of all aspects of the healthcare business. - All levels of management are approachable and support each member of the company to help any way they can. - Plenty of compensation incentives to reward hard work.

Start up, no one is sure what really works for nurses so they keep making changes nurses keep trying to tell them it don’t help, but stress us. They don’t do the work we do so ofcourse they don’t know how to implement change.
