They provide equipment needed. Benefits available.

Cons

Favoritism. Management not readily available if needed. Also managers consistently going on vacations together for “leadership/management retreats”. No proper protocols in place High caseload. Unrealistic expectations. It felt scammy and these elderly patients were not receiving the care that was presented and promised upon the initial sign up.

I was paid, otherwise can’t think of anything.

Cons

Unethical leadership, scam for elderly patients who don’t get the care they are sold, LPNs overloaded and can’t give proper care and have no qualified clinical oversight.
