Pros

Remote autonomy, supportive management, many areas for success, fair quota and compensation. I have never been with a company that is so dedicated to helping their employees suceed. CopilotIQ has a wonderful remote environment and culture that is hard to come by.

Work From Home, -save on gas . Equipment provided.-laptop-extra monitor. Reasonable schedule-no weekends - unlimited PTO, Potential to make Bonus, Management is open to suggestions from team, Understanding & Kind work environment between team.

Constant change when company is a start up- Rapid growth leads to downsizing and constant process changes.
