No travel needed. Remote work

Cons

Start up, no one is sure what really works for nurses so they keep making changes nurses keep trying to tell them it don’t help, but stress us. They don’t do the work we do so ofcourse they don’t know how to implement change.

- remote - flexible time off

- Below average benefits compared to other telehealth companies - Poor leadership from the CEO all the way down to management - There is an HR person, but she must have forgotten the "human" in human resources - They outsource their front-end web development, and if you go to the website - it looks like it's from the early 2000s - No compensation or review structure - They want to attract talent from top companies but have nothing to offer - It's a for-profit company, period. There is no empathy, culture, or investment in employees. They want to sell the company and make the founder richer.

They do not care about their nurses or their patients. It’s all about money and enrolling as many patients as possible They are constantly changing the job requirements No incentives Terrible insurance Micromanagement No raises even when told repeatedly you will receive one
