Pros

Management is supportive, kind, and genuinely care. The same goes with the employees, I love working with each and every coworker! The opportunity to help seniors. A healthy work-life balance. Working from home has been amazing - I get more work done at home than I would at an office. Continuous opportunities to grow with the company. The creativity to explore what works, and doesn't work when achieving personal and company goals.
