      Pros

      Loved working at the Administration building. Everyone is so nice and are willing to jump in and lend a hand when needed. It was a real team environment.

      Cons

      It's easy to get pigeonholed in your job and not seen as anything else.

      Supportive environment with great teachers and administrators. Lots of freedom with curriculum development and tons of technology to use in the classroom. Very 21st century driven.

      Cons

      Students can be snobby and parents often care more about GPA or getting their way than the actual learning.
