Pros

The CareIQ Phoenix office is very relaxed while also maintaining a professional atmosphere. The new office space is stunning, with a huge break room and lots of natural light. The complex where the office sits is right next to the airport and is quaint. The office manager is very kind and understanding, and does her best to treat everyone equally and with respect. I had a great bunch of coworkers and it felt like family. I loved my time at CorVel and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get your feet wet in the insurance or healthcare industry.

Cons

Starting salary is a little low, REALLY expensive health insurance and the training needs to be more standardized.

Every thing was pretty basic. Work loads are reasonable.

Cons

The insurance is outrageously high with a very high deductible. The ceo made a blog post saying he was aware but tough luck basically and they have no intention of changing it.

Had a long stint of mandatory overtime at one point, but that’s all I can think of as a possible con.
