Pros

Great system, great model. Gives us adjusters a chance to actually work on a claim and make a difference. Case load is reasonable. Training provided. Focus is on injured worker and recovery. Lots of support from nurses and leadership. Best claims system I have ever worked in.

Cons

They could improve their 401K contribution a little.

There are plenty of opportunities for growth. Management is very supportive and has allowed me to take on new responsibilities to further my career.

Cons

Wouldn't be a great fit if not a self-starter or someone who doesn't take initiative.
