      Across the nation you get to work with engaged, intelligent, honest and kind people. It is a company that honors loyalty and hard work as all senior management are home grown. The people make the company and this is a company you can stay at.

      Cons

      Can be slow to make changes that benefit the employees vs. ownership (not management).

      Pros

      CorVel supplies national support for excellent local service teams. Excellent advancement opportunities. They encourage promotion from within. Strong long term financial outlook. They have remained an independent organization for over 30 years, and are committed to staying that way. Great family and team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Prefer to have people work in offices, but work from home can be an option for some.
