- Smart people who work exceedingly hard and produce results despite limited resources - performance raises, trip opportunities etc. for some management and sales, marketing staff
Cons
- lack of resources so high performers are worked to the point of leaving - lack of communication from management - very few career growth opportunities - no performance raises for non-management, support staff - cost of living raises are small - managers spend most of their day in meetings to discuss work
