      Pays well. On dedicated account

      Cons

      Lack of and poor communication. Not enough employees to handle the work load, this applies to Assistants as well as examiners. No racial diversity! No perks whatsoever and you get only a few holidays off. Oh and the benefits are expensive and limited!

Over the last three years of my employment, Corvel has been committed to bettering the work environment which is evident by quantifiable changes in daily processes and system improvements. The leadership cares about each of its employees and has reached out individually for suggestions. If you are willing to give 100%, CorVel will recognize these efforts.       Co workers are nice but that's it. Can't wait to get a new position.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what you do and could never help you if needed. They spend more time on their cell phone and looking at their makeup in the mirror. When you ask a question, they never know the answer and tell you to go elsewhere to get the answer. There is no training unless you learn by mistake and then management will try and throw you under the bus for them not helping.
