      They are good opportunity for advancement. (If giving the chance)

      Cons

      The benefits needs lots of improvement. Management needs to improve on their communication skills. The East Hartford location needs to work on all the work place violence/hostility that's taking place. Too much nepotism-----should not be allowed, when you have a family run business like that, there are no room for actual qualified employee to move up.....( wasn't aware CorVel East Hartford was deem family owed.

      Pros

      you learn so much. this is a great field to be in. management is great.

      Cons

      the schedule, everyone starts out working a late shift. I've been employed for over a year, and have only bumped up in time by 1.5hours. I think it would be nice for management to keep in mind a lot of employees have children. Getting off earlier is crucial.
