      Great opportunities to grow

      Pros

      The opportunities to grow are there. Management sometimes listens to suggestions for improvement. Ability to work remotely. Overall, a good place to work.

      Cons

      The computer softwares are mediocre and can be sometimes frustrating to work in. Need more support from management towards improvement if ideas are presented.

      Pros

      Very stable employment, little chance of getting laid off or losing job, regardless of job performance.

      Cons

      Very expensive medical benefits (approx 650/mth for family at lowest rate plus 2500 deductible), mediocre 401k match (it's not a set rate but determined by the board), average to poor salaries. Lots of micro-managing, particularly at Scan one where policy is arbitrarily set by Scan One's former CEO/current president.
