      A lot of good people who are trying to do a great job in spite of corporate management Flexible work hours for some

      Cons

      Even as I write this, Im thinking, if anyone figures out who I am, I'm history--fearful atmosphere. Poor benefits that cost too much to use Often feels like higher management doesn't trust or care about employees and local mgmt has no power

      work from home, make own schedule, bonus plan, great administrative staff, several contracts with huge employers so there is plenty or work which is great for the bonus plan

      Cons

      Vocational management is weak at best, there is little to no support from management, little room for advancement as they often do not promote from within, poor benefits program
