My previous review was removed for my examples of management's negativity, all of which were non-specific examples that were shared in a professional manner and did not violate any privacy guidelines. This says a lot about the company. Cons: micromanagement, fears for job security in non-management positions, misleading "advancement opportunities", poor work/life balance, heavy workload, short-staffed, employees treated as numbers, lack of communication.
