Had a coworker quit and they didn’t notice for days so I guess no micromanaging

Cons

By far the worst benefits, no STD, no maternity/paternity leave. The PTO is a joke and you be so behind taking off it’s not worth it. Pay unfair, have a degree and getting paid same without.

Micromanaging is at an all time high here. No incentive. No bonuses. Text book responses when you challenge anything.
