The company has significantly gone downhill from the boutique-style TPA and positive working environment that were once offered. They now put profits over people 100% of the time and would rather overload employees with expectations than manage clients properly. Upper management in some offices can be quite ruthless in terms of favoritism and decision making based solely on profitability. The culture that was once thriving has become incredibly toxic, with the most notable example being members of upper management who talk openly about their opinions of individual contributors at work gatherings. I spent several years with this company, and would have spent several years more, had it remained the company it once was. Unfortunately, leadership has ensured that they are no different than the competitor TPAs they so heavily criticize. Also, the benefits are absolutely terrible - ironic for a highly profitable insurance company.
