      Pros

      The company is in the process of transformation to the cloud infrastructure, so it is a good time to be there if you want to learn new technologies. Most of the software development managers are knowledgeable and professional. Nice big office in the Portland, OR downtown. Lots of people working here for many years, which means people like this place.

      You can WFH part of the time

      Cons

      Pay is average at best, benefits are a joke and you will be micromanaged. Communication goes only one way, top-down. Employees are in the same league as the office furniture to management. Also, the people at the top are only there because they are friends of the CEO's family, not because of their ability.
