      great place to work. Going through tough changes which currently leads to a streesfull day

      Pros

      Most of the staff is easy going and great to work with. The day would often go by swiftly and smoothly with a steady and easy going pace. Vacations are encouraged. Breaks and lunches are given in a timely manner.

      Cons

      communication between upper management and employees could use improvement. Continuously changing policies makes a daily routine tedious, confusing and stressful. Working in a clean room requiters cleaning however the shear amount of cleaning using various types of potentially dangerous cleaning solutions makes one apprehensive. Then you have the other departments that seem to thwart the clean room rules making the entire process pointless.

      Pros

      (Actually, the Columbia branch was not my actual location, I was not comfortable divulging that information. My sincere apologies, Columbia, you may actually be a great location to work at.) Amazing teamwork at the branch. Everybody chips in to help get the job done. That's about it for the pros. You will be expected to work overtime when necessary, so don't be too attached to your spouse and children. The pay is nothing special- there are plenty more jobs out there with less stress and the same pay if you qualify.

      Cons

      This branch is very difficult to work for. It's all about the metrics and due to corporate greed, we don't have enough employees to get the job done without high stress. They can't keep employees. All employees here are stressed beyond belief. Just when you think it can't get worse, another crisis comes along, stretching us thinner. Couldn't wait to get out and get another job!

      Pros

      Most of the employees there were great. Many were willing to help out if you needed it. Benefits were decent.

      Cons

      Management did not know how to speak to employees professionally. Favoritism, always having to defend yourself to management. Getting yelled at in front of other employees if you made an error. Inappropriate comments made to employees from management
