Leadership team is bias and only think of themselves. Some manager here are not consider as a manager given that he/she has no power or authority to decide what is best for his/her department. Leadership team seems to cover up for some people in the management team. The so call leadership team in Singapore has biasness and someone in the leadership team and only know how to push things to the lower tier staff to do their work for them and she always use abusive tones during meetings and tends to always need people to remind her to do her work. Your middle and lower level staff are suffering because of no proper HR that they can feedback since feedback are all cover up.. There is no HR and no one trust the HR as she is also somehow bias. The company needs a total non-bias, fair and a HR trained person to look into HR issues.
