Good benefits, big company, uniforms.

Cons

Totowa, NJ has too many to list. Plant is hot. Air condition only in supervisors office. Many forklift accidents. Union does nothing only if you are a favorite. Starting pay is low. New people all the time to train and they make more money. Some supervisors yell at the workers.

Benefits are good. The average people are good and nice to work with.

Cons

They focus on data and KPI's so fiercely they miss the big picture. This creates a culture of suspicion and gossip. If you think you're doing well, wait until review time and the data will show how horrible you are. They claim to care about safety, but consistently have minor incidents. The plants are outdated and manual. The turnover rate is very high and they do not accept that their management practices run good employees away. Beware.
