Pros
Direct deposit on payroll was always on time.
Cons
Accountability only works one way. The leadership model is to pass blame then criticize or threaten to attain performance. If they tell you that you are doing well, it is likely that they are already looking for your replacement. They are more concerned with operational efficiency than they are people or even customers. They are cutting all business unit leaders to manage your team from the division level with staff that do not know your product or your team. They manage by spreadsheet (and lots of them). Leadership will destroy a major deal and blame the reps for not selling enough value (similar competitor features at a fraction of the cost). Most staff are too afraid to fill out a glassdoor review because they or their team will be punished if it is found out who they are. If you are hired by someone you respect, be aware, they are likely to be pushed out in the next year and you will report to someone who only knows what a spreadsheet will tell them about you. You are not a person. You are revenue. People doing the same job at different businesses may make significantly more and they will not bring salaries into alignment until staff quit or are otherwise replaced.
