Overtime pay and finding kind operators to train you/help you.

Cons

They hire people with zero experience in the chemical industry and they are then exposed large quantities of both the most hazardous chemicals out there or intermediate drug products with “unknown” hazards. Safety is absolutely not a priority to management.
