Amazing people, I could ask anyone around for help and get it. The work is very interesting and challenging science-wise.
Cons
Management commits to ludicrous timelines and project goals. Then when the teams are unable to achieve just yell at teams to do better, with no additional support or resources. The loudest customer gets priority at that moment, but that priority is dropped as soon as someone else is yelling. There is no path to promotions, after several years of trying to get one I was told various stories of I needed to lead a project, so I lead a project, I needed to be put on more prestigious projects (I have no choice in the matter), I needed to have more time as an engineer but the listed range was 6-10 years I had 8. They wanted everyone back onsite, but didn't have enough parking, desks, etc. for everyone to be back at site.
