Beware massive safety issues, terrible management communication

Pros

Excellent benefits and pay is in line with other companies for the work involved. Break area and onsite gym. Work life balance is pretty solid. Great entry into the pharma industry.

Cons

The place is a death trap. Safety standards were questionable when I started and are slipping. Massive steam condensate leaks on walking paths, the roofs leak (sometimes water and sometimes solvent), management is aware and just doesn't seem to care. Money is the bottom line and communication is almost non-existent. Employees are often told different things depending on the day. SOP's are often outdated and useless and lab practices are often questionable.

Poor pay by comparison and tended to be given the same job every day if you didn't put your hand up for a change.
