Brilliant boss, fun company to work for, fantastic benefits, work life balance.

Cons

My lack of formal education led to a dead end in advancement but this is more my problem than theirs. Company was sold/spun off and outsourced legal dept.

The growth potential with this company is endless, they have programs in place that aid in the process (yearly review and development plans) and they actually use them in the light that they are intended.The pay is great, the processes are concrete, and adherence to policy is built into the culture.

Cons

Unfortunately this company is large enough to harbor poor corporate culture lacking accountability. Sadly, blaming others is the culture here.

The Benefits are great, hard to beat, Good working conditions.

Cons

Management picks there Favorites even though they don't perform well. At 68 NYA this is rampant, an very noticeable in document control. They heavily favor some employees over other. Even though I worked 40 plus hours a week, took very little time off, used zero sick time they found a way to make me leave. HR refused to give me an exit interview as they promised - it never happened even though they said it would.
