      Pros

      I have only pros to say. I have no cons because I love working at Core BTS. I have been here two years and am very content. There is room for growth which I have experienced. There is an open door policy and the management are very hands on and approachable. I hope to be around for a while and continue to grow with Core BTS. Great people by the way :)

      Keen focus on specialization's and core competencies. Team work approach. Management support for creative and out of the box thinking. Customer comes first attitude and support when issues arise. Great use and commitment to tools like Salesforce and integration with.

      Pros

      If more current employees posted reviews on here this company would have a five star rating. I've been here for over six years and have worked in several positions, now as a network architect. I've had exposure to a wide array of technology and have been provided with training and certification advancement. The management, Regional VP, and CEO are all caring and well respected individuals. Do your research when looking for a company to work for but read between the lines on negative reviews, they aren't always an accurate depiction of an employer.
