Most customers are coo people.

Cons

Management is not efficient in their roles. Serious lack of training and experience. They are intimidated by those with knowledge of their positions and refuse sound advice. The amount of work you put in is not equitable to the pay you receive. Equipment issues seem to be the least of their worries. Not understanding that it is our license on the line.
