      Horrible Management

      Pros

      You will meet good people on the routes. Home every night on most routes. No weekends unless the Holiday falls on the weekday. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

      Cons

      Lack of Support from HR. Poor Management . ie Supervisors Trucks never loaded correct 80% of the time your truck will not be loaded on time. No Loyalty towards the driver. It’s always your fault There’s no moving up in the Company.

      Bi-weekly pay checks were nice

      Everything else. Bad management, routes done by people who have no idea how to look at a map.

      You're going to always work overtime. Hardly any shows up, work is easy but too long.

      Good pay, paid birthdays off, holiday pays, benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management, overworked, hardly anyone shows up for work making the task longer to complete causing you to do overtime. You can be scheduled to work from 3pm - 11:30pm but you'll end up staying til almost 4 or 5am. There's a lot of machines that needs to be fixed, and management does nothing about it.
