4 day work week. New tractors.

Cons

Your just a number. Office types make decisions on what trucks to buy what equipment to buy never consulting the drivers who do it 200+ days a year. Benefits are mediocre. Pto is slow to get and hard to use on good vacation times. Hope you like February in Minnesota off. Alot of decisions being made to better the profit not employment. Individual facilities use to be able to run themselves. That's long gone. A corporation desk jockey will annoy you atleast once a week with some policies or how you can work better with there advice.
