      You get a lot of hours...

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, bad culture, short staffed, they don't care about employees, terrible work conditions, 12-14 hour shift is normal here, after you complete your work you have to pick up cardboard which sucks even worse than the actual job, high employee turnover which screws the people who actually stay

      A bottomless black hole of negative, dishonest, racist and an extremely toxic environment.

      Pros

      Teaches you what NOT to do in any business. SCC would have a field day!

      Cons

      Questionable business practices, cheating, racist, vendor funding mistreatments, no concerns for the employees as humans and will treat you or your situation different as they see fit......and they have gotten away with much much more. It’s a land of WHITE MEN in their decision making seats with a sprinkle of white women in leadership seats while admitting and maintaining a MAJOR lack of Diversity & Inclusion.

      Good sales organization

      Pros

      Solid sales organization with knowledgeable management. Lots of long-tenured salespeople with great experience and insights.

      Cons

      Operational issues can hamper sales team and force them to spend more time dealing with the issues than selling.
