No minority managers , blatant racism, dishonest managers (in Westlake Shared Services Accounting), zero communication.

Great company, great managers, decent pay. Fun for me!😊 Paid hotels when working out of town. Incentive pay.

Cons

A LOT OF DRIVING!!! Milage could pay could be a little more. But it's worth it when u love what u do.
