Long hours, very hard work, physically demanding.. More labor than driving required.. A lot more

Pros

The schedule has weekends off vacation time and sick days. The insurance and benefits.

Cons

Lack of communication from supervisors. Don’t know anything until it actually happens within company. 5 day work week smashed into a 4 day. Routes are longer. Warehouse loading. Extra stops throughout week sometimes. Equipment!! Ryder shop sucks
