      - Phenomenal Upper Management, planned out steps for company when COVID hit in a matter of weeks -CEO is absolutely amazing: one of the best CEOs I've ever had the pleasure to work for

      - Not the best salary for a job that does so much for their division

      Would not recommend the Ohio division

      Pros

      None I can think of.

      Cons

      It’s like going back to high school. They have no clue how to properly manage the Ohio location. Trailers are loaded wrong product is always damaged or missing. They expect you to do the work of two people on a regular basis and still remain on time, and don’t be late or early to a customer, only on time. There is a very high turnover rate.
