Poor Work Life Balance - Upper Executive Team did not build proper support system

People were fantastic, I had a great team.

Cons

No proper support system, Division President would rather have you work 16 hour days and have no life to "sacrifice" for the betterment of the company. More like the betterment of his pocket. Could be a great place if he cared more and supported the people who make him look good.
