Pros

Opportunity to earn extra bonuses by selling specific brands

Cons

Depends which location you are assigned to, I pretty much worked alone and thrown to the wind on most locations.

Pros

Being able to work from home.

Cons

This organization fosters a culture where personal advancement often comes at the expense of others. Many departments and those in leadership roles prioritize deflection over genuine collaboration to correct issues, frequently giving the appearance of supporting clients while taking little meaningful action. Once this façade is no longer effective, individuals—particularly former employees—may find themselves unfairly targeted. It is not uncommon for the team members and management to engage in internal and external defamation to protect their image, even if it means damaging the reputations of those who have moved on. The environment can be ruthlessly self-serving, marked by a lack of integrity, compassion, and professional ethics. Also, continuous effort throughout the week will be demanded (10-12 hours a day, more than 5 days a week), yet it will never be deemed adequate because the company does everything to avoid correcting the root cause of issues.
