Pros

CoreMark can be a good place to work at if there wasn't so much favoritism , which leads to some good workers being overlooked and underpaid.

Cons

Management has no control over the warehouse. Therefore, the truck loaders and pallet stackers load your trailer any kind of a way and some of the packages be stacked out of sequence. You also will start your route late many times because your truck will never be ready on time.

Cons

Long hours. Have to travel up to 4000 miles a month. Poor communication. Terrible customers.
