none really, free parking?,

24x7 operations = no social life, no extra payment for been on-call, salary is on the lower scale when compared to other companies, job description is to broad for the amount of compensation provided. No growth opportunity whatsoever, you will be stock on your position forever, Salary disparity between IT organizations that just does not makes any sense, non IT industry standard title.

Freedom to drive your own vehicle to service your stores.

Cons

Zero overtime allowed even if you are putting in over 40 hrs a week. Waiting for delivery trucks that are always late. Compensation is low , no raises based on merit or accomplishments. Milage comp is below industry standards at. .35 cents per mile. Micromanagement and zero room for growth and development of your career.
