      Pros

      -Family oriented atmosphere; truly a company that puts the employee first -High morale in all Depts. leadership team is on the frontlines and is always visible. Not the kind of company where our concerns are not addressed - Management team is very involved in the day to day operations and are genuine in their actions to make the working environment great - I'm always motivated and happy to go to work because of the camaraderie - Incentive pay for performance - One of the best health packages I've ever seen

      Some of the software used on the warehouse is outdated

      Pros

      Learning new things everyday and it’s not hard plus everyone there especially the manager is there for you when you help. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out one and another.

      Cons

      Not enough equipments such as lift trucks and batteries to operate the Iift trucks.
