      new/well maintained equipment and facilities

      inability to get product to cross docks for on time delivery. unwillingness to accept warnings and suggestions for improvements.

      OK benefits, physically challenging job, & decent customers.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible! You get paid by the load (miles, stops, and cubic foot delivered) I had to make a spreadsheet to know what I was gonna very paid daily. Very confusing and everyone gets paid differently for the same job. High turn over rate!

      Our pay and benefits are highly competitive in the market. We review pay on an annual basis to ensure we can attract, retain, and (hopefully) retire, the best talent in the markets we do business. We want the best of the best working for Core-Mark, thus, our compensation package reflects that desire.

      Horrible trucks are crap. Write something up and never gets fixed. Until u fuss about it. Better jobs out their.

      Lies, dont get respect, treat you like crap. STAY AWAY FROM THE LIES AND CRAP THEY FEED YOU.

      The safety and well-being of our team members is a of utmost importance to the Company and something that should never be compromised. Our fleet is something that gives us great pride. We are also very proud of our team members that work on our trucks day in and day out to keep them in "best in class" condition.
