      Pros

      Steady work as the convenience stores are always open and need re-stocking. One of the largest food warehouses and delivery companies in the United States.

      Cons

      Safety only counts if it doesn't get in the way of productivity. And if you cut corners to get the job done, it's expected but you will be thrown under the buss. Biggest problem is absolutely no ethics by management at all.

      Pros

      Good hard working people at every across the whole organization. The company has a clear vision and mission that is being executed internally and externally. There is plenty of room for advancement. The culture and work environment is being worked on daily. The market place is challenging, but the decentralized model of facilities and there geographical coverage is unmatched by the competition. Sustaining growth and building this company is creates a ever changing environment.

      Cons

      Like any organization that is growing the pace is demanding. However if you thrive in that environment it is the perfect place to work. The decentralization offers quite a few challenges in taking in the geographical and customer differences when applying standard metrics to execution.

      Poor training. Lack of communication skills. You need to speak up and get stuff done yourself-don't assume people will execute their own tasks
