You have the freedom of not being constantly under the watch of supervisors, you make your own decisions on ordering.

Cons

Low pay, you have to drive you're own vehicle, there is a constant cycle of blame, management does not listen to your suggestions.

The best benefits in the industry. Management has easy access before,during and after the hiring process. Home every night.

Cons

The hours of work required go to extremes. Core-mark has the lowest pay scale of the industry. A persons position is always is constantly being threatened.

Pros

Rewarded for hard work with a promotion. You set your schedule in sales. Lots of tools and items to offer customer base.

Cons

You are just a corporate number. A change in management led to the person in charge letting all managers under him go. He was too weak in character to build relationships with existing staff. Now the company sales are down versus last year. Also the company owes me money for new accounts brought in that i was conveniently let go the week before i could claim them.
