Pros

Very large corporation with multiple departments and locations for professional advancement. Business is strong and continues to grow company is solid and rarely if ever has lay-offs, very stable.

Cons

Corporate HR has no thought for employee relations, considering the company is $11B strong; they should want to offer more by way of employee development and training, health and wellness programs, grievance and counseling as well as other benefits.

Pros

Great benefit package, Fair wage, Safety is important

Cons

Mileage program inadequate. Division management is uncaring and not approachable unless it benefits them and then the rules change daily. Integrity is lacking in the treatment of the employees AND the customers. No job security.
