Company works drivers Way too much. Upper Management cares about the bonuses they will get from woking you to death. Upper management does not even think about you as a number you are a means to a bonus. Communication is RIGHT. None. Divers advise is ignored. Drivers do not help one another as the environment is a dog eat dog work astmosphere. Pay is component bases and drivers are working more getting payed less for every change maid by the company
