- Great coworkers - Learned a lot - There are chances for upward mobility if you have the right support behind you - Good health benefits

Cons

- Management was excellent in certain departments, inadequate in some (so it all depends on where you end up and who your manager(s) is/are) - Pay raises are meager - Many jobs could be done remotely, but they enforce the hybrid work model yet don't provide employees with transportation costs (i.e., toll expenses, gas expenses, etc.) - Poor work-life balance if you have an inadequate manager

The pay is really good when you’re on piece pay and when it’s summer

Cons

The shift is from 3pm to 11pm or till we finish. Winter season is very slow and hard to make a living
